Short Bio: Haru lived in America for most of her life. She was sent over to Japan to investigate the Kira case. At work, she hates Kira. But personally, she actually worships Kira's judgement. She keeps to herself and is a very smart young girl. She loves to read and draw manga. Hates to lose, and thinks Kira is the new God.
